Translated from a site about local mosques and edited: It is located in Akarbaşı in Balıklıgöl district. It has an inscription. According to the inscription on the iwan wall, the ruined structure here was demolished by Hafız-ı Kur'an Müşir Pasha with the support of Muhammed (Miri) Pasha, who was the district governor of Raqqa. Then the mosque was rebuilt. The inscription was written by the poet Sakib. In the last line, the year 1839 (1255 Hijri) is seen. (Source: "The Land of Culture and Beliefs, Şanlıurfa" Şanlıurfa Governorship Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism Publications, City Library Series: 26). A note at the entrance agrees that the foundation date is unknown, but states that in 1728 the mosque is mentioned. It must have fallen in disrepair to necessitate rebuilding.
