Located on the Tepebağ mound in the historical city center of Adana, this structure, built during the Ramazanoğlu Principality period, rises upon cultural layers from earlier periods. Named after Musa Bali, a Turkmen bey from the Ramazanoğlu era, the mansion is the only residence in Adana with a "kabaaltı" (underground) passage. Constructed using cut stone from the local bedrock, wood, mud, and Ottoman-era bricks, the mansion stands out as a unique structure within Adana's historical urban fabric.
In 2018, with the contributions of the Adana Governorship and within the framework of a protocol signed with the Regional Directorate of Foundations, the facade and roof renovation was carried out by Seyhan Municipality.
