This structure, known as the ARAB SAINT, represents three periods in its history. In its first phase (the Hellenistic period), it was a 6-meter-wide square-planned tower. Its ruins were transformed into a small church in its second phase (the Byzantine period). During its final phase, the Seljuk period, this church was preserved like the other church in the inner castle, and its roof was secured by a crenellated parapet. The area in front of the church was used as a cemetery during the Christian and Islamic periods. Its current name, Arab Saint, derives its name from a tomb located here.
